100% of all sale profits from this design will go towards civilians and veterans of Ukraine who are injured, displaced and in need of urgent supplies. The Ukrainian Crisis Appeal is a collaboration between the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations(AFUO), Rotary Australia World Community Service (RAWCS) and Caritas Ukraine.

In this piece, I bring together two symbols of resilience: the sunflowers of Ukraine and the Tasmanian devil of Australia. The flag’s blue and yellow are represented by a field of sunflowers on a beautiful day, something worth fighting for, while the devil represents the strength that rises from hardship; protective, wild, and unyielding. I am honouring the courage of the Ukrainian people.
