Incorrect or damaged items

If the order you received was incorrect or damaged, well, I'm mortified and we have to rectify that as soon as possible. Please send a message through the website here or email me directly at eucali.au@gmail.com, include a photo of the items, showing damage/defects, and we'll make sure you get a replacement at no charge.

Change of mind

Due to the dropshipping nature of this small business, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing,
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design.

Artwork

For artwork, I'm happy to offer exchanges, if you change your mind after purchasing within 48hr. Please send a message through the website here or email me directly at eucali.au@gmail.com, and we can sort out an exchange.

If the artwork you ordered arrives damaged, you will be offered a refund or replacement artwork.
